How does Processing for a Cause work?

The program allows businesses to contribute directly to their preferred nonprofit organization when utilizing the EXS payment-processing platform. Each month, a percentage of the credit card processing fees collected and donated quarterly to the nonprofit organization.

Is there a cost to enroll?

There are no fees or cost associated with enrollment. Once you sign up as a member in the program, EXS will facilitate the entire set up process. They will also work with you to help promote the program to businesses in your community or businesses that you recommend.


How do nonprofits receive funding from the program?

Funding in the program begins when businesses enrolls in the program through EXS under your membership. The donations are continually paid out each quarter as long as merchants under your account are actively processing with EXS. 

Is there a limit to how much is funded to my non-profit or charity?

There are no limits to the amount of money your organization can receive. The dollar figure can grow with each new merchant that enrolls under your membership.
